IMPORTANT NOTICE: We have enhanced our Bill Pay program for your convenience. Effective June 15, 2010, our Bill Pay program will be consolidated into CommuNETe Access. This enhancement will have the same features you’ve come to expect in bill pay.
- You only need to log onto CommuNETe Access using your existing password. This will help make it more convenient for you to remember one logon which is your CommuNETe Access logon.
- The billpay tab will be available as a new option tab in your account home menu. This will make your bill pay immediately available for you as you are accessing your account on CommuNETe Access.
- You must first opt-in to Bill Pay by clicking on and accepting the bill pay disclosure.
- Your Bill Pay service will be FREE (no fees).
However,
- All of your payees and history will not carry over to the new upgrade. We will, however, keep CommuNETe PAY available to you until June 30, 2010 should you need to access your payees, copy your payment history, and update or delete any previously scheduled bill payments.
- Your currently scheduled Bill Payments in CommuNETe PAY will still be processed thru June 30, 2010. If you do not wish for them to be processed, you would need to logon to your CommuNETe PAY and delete the scheduled payments.
- You will need to create or re-create payees as existing payees will not transfer over. Afterwards, you can start scheduling payments and the payees will be stored.
- After June 30, 2010, the CommuNETe PAY link will be disabled and removed.
